.DISCUSSION...

High confidence in a relatively cool and very moist conditions and
marine layer cloud coverage for much of the day. There is a 40%
chance for no clearing of marine clouds through the day. Gusty
onshore winds are expected with a 20% chance for winds to gust to 20
mph at the 20 foot level. Winds will begin to decrease in strength
around sundown then become variable 1-4 mph with gusts to 6 mph
overnight.
