10 knot winds and light wind chop this afternoon and evening. Light
east winds will develop tonight and then will increase to 10 kt
Wednesday morning. There will only be patchy morning low clouds this
morning and no clouds are forecast tonight and Wednesday.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (10 percent) except for patchy low
                    clouds and fog through mid morning.

Surface winds (kts).North winds 4 to 7 knots shifting to the
