.DISCUSSION...
Near persistent conditions are expected across the incident Tuesday through
Wednesday. Skies will remain clear through the period. Afternoon temperatures
will remain below normal, climbing into the mid 70s to mid 80s. Relative
humidity will drop to the 25-35 percent range each afternoon with moderate
to excellent recovery Tuesday night. Typical diurnal winds are expected with
westerly winds, gusting up to 20 mph, expected during the afternoon and
evening hours.

Max temperature.....75-85.
Min humidity........25-35 percent.
Eye level winds.....South 1-3 mph becoming west to northwest 3-6 mph with
                    gusts to 10 mph in the afternoon.

                    with gusts to 20 mph in the afternoon.
Ridgetop wind.......Southwest to west 5-10 mph, increasing to 6-12 mph
