Conditions change Friday as a front approaches from the north
bringing clouds, periods of light to moderate rain, and gusty winds.
Best chances for rain will be Friday night into early Saturday
morning, and breaks in the rain are likely. Winds look strong after
2200 Friday night/early Saturday morning and gusts may peak 5 to 10
mph stronger than forecast. Expect reduced visibility due to rain
showers.

Sky/weather.........Partly to mostly cloudy. Rain likely late
                    in the afternoon.
Temperature.........46-48 at forecast start...Max 67-68.
RH..................65-75 percent at forecast start...Min 35-40
                    percent.

                    start...becoming southwest 4 to 7 mph after
