.DISCUSSION...Strong onshore flow and a persistent marine intrusion
will keep a cooler and more moist weather pattern in place across
the incident area. Excellent overnight humidity recoveries will
continue through Friday morning with night through morning low
clouds and fog being a staple of the forecast. The marine layer
depth will likely thin and during the day on Friday and bring some
warming and drying. Onshore flow will weaken some over the weekend.

.THURSDAY...

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (85-95 percent) then becoming sunny
                    (10-20 percent). Patchy fog in the morning.
Max temperature.....74-77 degrees.
Min humidity........53-57 percent.
Eye level winds.....Light and variable winds 3 mph or less until
                    1100 hours becoming southwest 3 to 6 mph with
                    gusts to 9 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........Southeast to south winds 3 to 6 mph until
                    1100 hours becoming southwest 5 to 9 mph with
                    gusts to 16 mph.
Visibility..........4 to 6 miles until 1000 hours improving to
                    6 to 10 miles.

.THURSDAY NIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (5-15 percent) then becoming
                    cloudy (85-95 percent). Patchy fog overnight.
Min temperature.....58-61 degrees.
Max humidity........95-100 percent.
Eye level winds.....Southwest winds 2 to 4 mph with gusts to 6 mph
                    until 2100 hours becoming light and variable
                    3 mph or less.
