Light east winds are expected Friday morning at the Santa Lucia Fire location, becoming light northerly Friday night, followed by increasing northwest winds on Saturday. Humidities will rise through the period, from near 20 percent on Friday to between 35 to 40 percent on Saturday. Low clouds and fog are expected to move over the area Friday night into early Saturday, resulting in very good humidity recoveries. There is a 40 percent chance of recoveries up to 80 to 90 percent. .FRIDAY... Sky/weather.........Sunny (5-15 percent). Max temperature.....Around 70. Min humidity........18-23 percent.
