.DISCUSSION...
Mainly weak winds are expected through Friday night, but with rapidly
increasing winds Saturday afternoon with gusts between 20 to 25 mph.
Humidities will remain high through the period, with plenty of low
cloud coverage.

.FRIDAY...

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy. 30-50% chance of low clouds and fog
                    in the morning.
Max temperature.....60-64.
Min humidity........65-75 percent.
Eye level winds.....Variable, terrain driven winds until around
                    3 PM, then becoming northwest 3 to 6 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........North winds 4 to 8 mph until around 3 PM, then
                    becoming northwest late in the afternoon.
Ridgetop wind.......North winds 5 to 10 mph becoming northwest.
Mixing height.......800 ft AGL early, increasing to 1300 ft AGL in
                    the afternoon.
Transport winds.....Light winds becoming north 6 mph.
