.DISCUSSION...
Cool conditions with high humidities are expected on Wednesday for the
training burn, with low clouds clearing by late morning or early in
the afternoon. Very light winds in the morning will increase some
from the southwest to west during the afternoon hours.

.WEDNESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Low clouds (85-95 percent) then becoming mostly
                    sunny (30-40 percent). Patchy fog in the
                    morning.
Max temperature.....65-68.
Min humidity........65-75 percent.
Eye level winds.....Variable winds up to 3 mph becoming southwest 3 to 5 mph
                    in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Variable winds 3 to 4 mph becoming southwest to west
                    6 to 9 mph  in the afternoon.
Transport winds.....Light winds becoming southwest to west 4 to 7 mph.
