.DISCUSSION...
A cooling trend will affect the Rx area Tuesday into Wednesday,
along with improving humidities. Moderate confidence exists in the
minimum humidity forecast, due to model differences. However, the
most likely scenario is for humidities to lower to near 35 percent
by 1200 to 1300 hours on Tuesday, followed by a gradual rise under
increasing onshore flow. There is a 30 percent chance that
humidities will lower to 35 percent Tuesday morning, then lowering
to near 25 percent in the afternoon. Very good recoveries Tuesday
night will result in humidities starting out higher Wednesday
morning, and the minimums are likely to be a few percent higher.
Winds are expected to remain below thresholds through the period,
with very light winds overnight then increasing some each afternoon.
