incident location on Tuesday. Typical onshore winds expected
near the surface in the afternoon and evening hours. On
Wednesday, a slight offshore wind influence in the morning
combined with an upper level ridge of high pressure will
bring a warming and drying trend.

Sky/weather.........Sunny.
Max temperature.....Around 80.
Min humidity........30-35 percent.
Eye level winds.....Light winds becoming southwest 3 to 5 mph
                    with gusts to 8 mph in the afternoon.
Ridgetop wind.......Northwest winds 4 to 7 mph increasing
                    to 6 to 12 mph with gusts to 17 mph
                    in the afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Clear.
