.DISCUSSION...

Warmer and drier conditions are expected Thursday compared to the
previous day, with the same trends continuing through the weekend.
There is a small chance (20% or less) that the marine layer and low
clouds could affect the area early Thursday morning, otherwise clear
skies are expected Thursday and Thursday night. Light winds are
expected during the overnight and morning hours. In the afternoon
and evening, winds will become breezy and be generally from the
south, but may shift from the southwest or southeast at times.
Ridgetop winds may be up to 5 mph stronger than 20-ft, but at this
time, models suggest similar speeds.
