.DISCUSSION...

A warm, clear night is on tap this evening between hours 2000-2200
at the fairgrounds. Less confidence in the winds, however. Gusty
southwest winds will start to weaken at the fairgrounds this
evening, however, there is a 30% chance of sustained 20 ft winds
lingering around 17 mph through 2100. Based on the winds at the
location being a few mph weaker compared to this time yesterday and
models trending slightly weaker for this evening, leaned towards
winds falling just below that threshold, but not by much.

Sky/weather.........Clear.
Temperature.........75-79.
Humidity............30-40 percent.
Eye level winds.....Southwest winds 5-10 mph with gusts to 15 mph,
subsiding to 5-7 mph with isolated gusts
up to 10 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 10-20 mph with gusts to 30 mph
at 1800, subsiding to 10-15 mph with isolated
gusts to up 20 mph by 2100.
