The burn area will remain under marine layer influence Thursday,
thus humidities will be elevated, only dropping to 55-65 percent.
Temperatures will trend slightly upwards due to a building ridge of
high pressure aloft, which will also keep mixing heights low,
topping out at around 2,000 ft AGL. Winds will becoming
northwesterly in the late morning, peaking in the afternoon with
gusts up to 16 mph.
