.DISCUSSION...

Moderate to high confidence in a diurnal wind pattern, with fairly
light northeast/downcanyon winds in the overnight to early morning
hours, becoming upcanyon (southwest to southeast) during the
afternoon and evening. Winds will decrease rapidly between 8PM and
10PM each night. High temperatures will be within a couple degrees
of each other each day, hottest at higher elevations, and minimum
relative humidities will likely increase 1-2 percent each day.
During the peak heating of the day, moderate plume-dominated fire
behavior will be possible, mainly during the mid to late afternoon
hours into early evening. Winds will turn northwest to north Sunday
night.

Min humidity........18-22 percent.
Eye level winds.....Downcanyon winds 1-3 mph through 9AM, becoming
                    upcanyon 6-8 mph with gusts to 10 mph in the
                    afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Downcanyon winds 3-5 mph through 9AM, becoming
                    upcanyon 10-12 mph with gusts to 20 mph in the
                    afternoon.
Ridgetop wind.......Northeast winds 3-6 mph becoming south-southwest
                    12-15 mph with gusts to 22 mph in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......800 ft AGL in the morning, increasing to
                    4500-5500 ft AGL in the afternoon.
Transport winds.....Light winds becoming southwest 10-15 mph
                    with gusts to 25 mph in the afternoon.
