Warmer and drier conditions are expected over the district tonight
and heading into the weekend thanks to weak offshore flow. Humidity
recovery will be early Thursday night  with nighttime drying by
Friday morning, especially higher  elevation. The marine layer will
become more compressed and have  less of an impact. Recent rains
will help to mitigate overall  fire weather concerns.

Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.

...GUSTY OFFSHORE FLOW TODAY THROUGH FRIDAY...

A weak Santa Ana pattern will continue through at least Saturday
with  warming temperatures and lowering humidities. Highs Friday and
Saturday  are expected to range from 75 to 85 across most areas.
Santa Ana winds  will peak Friday across LA/Ventura Counties with
gusts between 20 and 35  mph, except some local gusts to around
40 mph in the mountains. Minimum  humidities both Friday and
Saturday will be 15-25 percent, but with fair  recoveries overnight
to between 40 and 60 percent. Onshore flow will  slowly return next
week leading to cooling temperatures and higher  humidities,
especially coast and valleys.
