Winds will shift to a moderate offshore breeze this weekend across higher elevations of the interior. These winds will usher in warmer and drier conditions through mid-week. The minimum RH will drop below 30% across the North Bay Interior Mountains, but moderate wind speed, relatively mild temperatures, and higher than normal fuel moisture will mitigate fire weather concerns.
