Well below normal temperatures, dry conditions, and diurnal winds
will prevail through the weekend. Low confidence on the return of
the marine layer this weekend. Warming and drying trend kicks off
Monday and continues through Thursday. The marine layer is expected
to return during this time, relatively deeper  in the Bay Area than
the Central Coast. This will create a more pronounced warming and
drying trend for interior and higher terrain locations. Remnant
tropical moisture will bring light  rain showers as early as Tuesday
night.

Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.
