Cool and humid conditions prevail in the wake of a weak cold front. A gradual warming trend will persist through mid week, with low-elevation inland temperatures approaching 80 degrees by Wednesday. Winds will stay mostly gentle to moderate through the week, with strong onshore winds possible this weekend. The long range forecasts continue to suggest the remainder of April will be drier than normal, which may signal an early start to the dry season.
