DUE TO GUSTY ONSHORE WINDS AND MODERATELY DRY CONDITIONS...
.DISCUSSION...
A deep marine layer will bring mild conditions and spots of drizzle from
the coasts to the foothills through Thursday. Very dry air above
marine layer will bring humidities under 25 percent to some mountains,
especially for elevations above 5000 feet where humidities down to around
10 percent are possible. Winds will generally be light, except for
typically breezy onshore winds over the interior areas of 15 to 25 mph
with gusts of 25 to 40 mph. Seasonally elevated fire weather conditions
will result in the windiest interior areas, especially with the dry air
and winds mix. Modest warming and drying likely starting Friday, with
moderate northwest winds, including Sundowners.
