.DISCUSSION...
Moderately hot and dry conditions will continue through most of the week.
High temperatures between 95 and 105 will be common over most valleys and
mountains, with minimum humidities of 15 to 30 percent. Meanwhile, mixing
heights over 10,000 feet will continue over interior areas and moderate
Sundowner winds will affect southwest Santa Barbara County. This will
bring an elevated risk for fast moving fires. There is a 10-20 percent
chance of monsoonal showers and thunderstorms over the mountains and
deserts of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties between Friday and Sunday.
