Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Minor mud and debris flows possible in the Lake Fire burn scar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 630 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Rainfall rates around one half inch per hour will be possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
