...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 4 AM PST EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 4 AM PST early this morning for a
portion of southwest California, including the following areas, Oat
Mountain south through Pacific Palisades, including the Palisades
Burn Scar, and the far western San Fernando Valley.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
