Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 05Z, or 9 PM PST, a 1003 mb surface low was
700 NM northwest of Eureka, CA with a front extending SW over the E
Pac. A 1017 mb high was over Mexico. Gusty SE to S winds and choppy
seas will impact much of the coastal waters through Wednesday
morning.
