Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 03Z, or 8 PM PDT, a 1008 mb low was located
250 NM NW of Eureka and a 1032 mb surface high was centered about
1200 NM W of Seattle. Moisture from Tropical Storm Priscilla will
move northward bringing a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms
to the inner coastal waters adjacent to Los Angeles and Orange
Counties through Friday evening. Gales are likely across the outer
coastal waters Friday night through Saturday night.
