.Synopsis for the southern California coast and Santa Barbara
Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 15Z, or 8 AM PDT, a 1010 mb surface low
pressure system located over Point Conception with a cold front
extending to the SW. This front has brought rain to the coastal
waters. More rain plus a low risk of thunderstorms will continue to
the coastal waters through late tonight.
