...Period of Strong Winds Expected Through the Early to Mid
Afternoon...

Strong winds with gusts between 40 and 50 mph are expected to
occur for up to a 1 to 2 hour long duration as rain tapers off
late this morning into the early to mid-afternoon. These winds
will mainly be out of the southwest, but may be more out of the
south or southeast at some locations. Winds of this magnitude will
make travel difficult for high-profile vehicles and may blow
small objects around.
