  Open Waters from Winthrop Harbor to Michigan City out to Mid
Lake...

* Until 1045 PM CDT.

* At 745 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 14 nm northwest of McHenry to 15 nm west of Elgin
  to 38 nm west of Aurora, moving east at 25 knots. A strong gust
  front also extends 10 to 15 nm ahead of the main line of storms.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar and land-based observations.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Harrison-Dever Crib, Burnham Harbor, Hammond Marina, Wilmette
  Harbor, Jackson Park Harbor, 31st Street Harbor, Monroe Harbor,
  Burns Harbor, Belmont Harbor, Calumet Harbor, Marina Shores at Dune
  Harbor, and 59th Street Marina.
