* Until 730 PM CDT.

* At 647 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located from Waukegon
  Harbor to Buffalo Grove, and were moving northeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Winthrop Harbor and Waukegan Harbor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
