* At 1205 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 10 nm southwest of Midway Airport to 10 nm east of
  Joliet, moving northeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Calumet Harbor, Marina Shores at Dune Harbor, 59th Street Marina,
  Hammond Marina, Indiana Harbor, Jackson Park Harbor, 31st Street
