* Until 430 PM CDT.

* At 223 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Elgin to 7 nm southwest of Aurora to 19 nm west
  of Joliet, moving east at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
           winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher
           waves.

  Harrison-Dever Crib, Burnham Harbor, Hammond Marina, Wilmette
  Harbor, Jackson Park Harbor, 31st Street Harbor, Monroe Harbor,
