* WHAT...Temperatures as low as the lower to middle 30s will result
  in frost formation.

* WHERE...Benton, Jasper, Lake IN, Newton, and Porter Counties.

* WHEN...From 3 AM CDT /4 AM EDT/ to 8 AM CDT /9 AM EDT/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas near the Lake Michigan shore will
  likely remain warm enough to prevent frost development.
