At 243 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cold front, which will
produce an abrupt windshift to northeast with brief period of gusts
of 25 to 30 kt. This front was located along a line extending from
30 nm east of Winthrop Harbor to 10 nm southwest of Waukegan Harbor,
moving south at 20 to 25 knots.
