Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Northern IL and Northwest IN
National Weather Service Chicago/Romeoville IL
222 PM CDT Sat Oct 19 2024

.DISCUSSION...
Dry and warm weather will prevail through early next week. Daily
afternoon minimum relative humidity values will drop into the 25
to 35 percent range. Southwesterly breezes may pick up enough on
Sunday afternoon for locally elevated fire weather conditions.

A passing weather system may bring a few showers or sprinkles to
parts of the region on Tuesday, but overall precipitation chances
remain low. On Wednesday, a cold front will deliver breezy
northwesterly winds and cooler conditions, along with a chance
for scattered showers behind the front.
