Areas of poor drainage are likely flooded, including fields, parks, ditches, and low-lying intersections. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 233 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate that between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen in the past 12 hours. The heaviest rain fell near the Interstate 80 corridor from Joliet to Lansing. Up to one additional inch may fall in showers and thunderstorms in the coming hours. This will only delay the speed at which flood waters recede. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
