* Flash Flood Warning for...
  North Central Ford County in east central Illinois...
  Northern Iroquois County in east central Illinois...
  Southwestern Kankakee County in northeastern Illinois...

* Until 445 AM CDT.

* At 152 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms
  with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour moving into an area
  that already received 1.5 inches of rainfall due to an earlier
  storm. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Rapid-onset flooding of creeks, streams, drainage ditches,
           streets, underpasses, low-lying areas, and other poor
           drainage areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Watseka, Gilman, Herscher, Clifton, Sheldon, Chebanse, Ashkum,
  Martinton, Crescent City, Danforth, Donovan and Iroquois.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Warning means rapid-onset flooding is imminent or may
already be occurring. Persons along creeks, drainage ditches, and
other waterways should take immediate precautions to protect life and
property.
