Western DuPage County in northeastern Illinois... * Until 530 PM CDT. * At 422 PM CDT, a blowing dust was located along a line extending from Carol Stream to near Shabbona to near Franklin Grove, moving south at 25 mph. HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. Including the following interstates...
