For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A large 30.2 inch high will shift well off the New
England coast today, with a warm front shifting east of the Lake
this morning, while another 30.2 inch high shifts into the mid
Mississippi and lower Ohio valleys. A cold front will cross the Lake
late tonight into Wednesday morning, followed by a secondary cold
front pushing south across the Lake Thursday night into Friday. A
weak 29.8 inch low over the upper Great Lakes Friday, will move
southeast into the lower Great Lakes on Saturday.

.TONIGHT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west. Waves
3 to 6 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 5 to
15 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 5 to 15 knots becoming west.
Waves 1 to 2 feet.
.THURSDAY...West winds 5 to 15 knots becoming north. Waves 1 to
3 feet.
.FRIDAY...Northeast winds 10 knots or less. A chance of showers
Friday night. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming north. A chance of
