For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.2 inch low over northern Quebec today will move
east to the Labrador coast through Wednesday, with a weak trailing
cold front crossing the lake this afternoon. A 30.0 inch high will
build into the Ohio Valley tonight through Wednesday. Another weak
cold front will move southeast across the lake Thursday. A 30.1 inch
high will then build into the Ohio Valley and Great Lakes Friday
before drifting to the eastern seaboard Saturday.
