For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.2 inch high over the Lake this morning will
drift east of the Lake today, and linger over New England through
Saturday before weakening and drifting off the east coast Sunday. A
29.5 inch area of low pressure will develop over the western Great
Lakes Sunday night and move north of the Lake Monday and Tuesday,
with a cold front slowly easing across the Lake Tuesday.
