Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A large 30.3 inch high will remain anchored near the Mid-Atlantic coast through Monday. A cold front will then move east across the lower Great Lakes Tuesday or Tuesday night. This will be followed by a strong 30.4 inch high that will build from the upper Great Lakes Wednesday into the lower Great Lakes and Northeast by Thursday.
