For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A warm front will cross the lake tonight ahead of a 29.7
inch trough that will cross the lake later Friday. Associated with
the trough, an attendant cold front across the lake Friday afternoon
and evening. A 30.0 inch high will ridge across the lower Great
Lakes Friday night through Sunday morning, before a cold front
crosses the region later Sunday or Sunday night. The eastern edge of
a 30.1 inch high over the central portion of the CONUS will push
over the lake on Monday.
