For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge averaging 30.0 inches will
build from the western Great Lakes today, before exiting toward the
New England coast on Saturday. A warm front will sweep northeastward
across Lake Ontario Saturday evening through Saturday night before a
cold front sweeps eastward across Lake Ontario on Sunday. Behind the
cold front, a 30.1 inch ridge will slide eastward across the lake
through Monday. On Tuesday, the ridge should exit toward New England
and allow a warm front to sweep northeastward across Lake Ontario.

Waves 1 foot or less.
.TONIGHT...South winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southeast. Waves
1 foot or less.
.SATURDAY...Southeast winds 10 knots or less becoming east. Waves
1 foot or less.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming
southwest. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest 15 to
20 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.MONDAY...North winds 5 to 15 knots becoming southeast. Waves
1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...South winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west and
diminishing to around 10 knots. A chance of showers during the
