For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will cross the lake between this
morning and early this afternoon, with a 30.0 inch high then ridging
across the lower Great Lakes tonight through Sunday morning, before
a another cold front crosses the region later Sunday or Sunday
night. The eastern edge of a 30.1 inch high over the Plains states
will push over the lake on Monday, then a trough averaging 29.8
inches will cross the lake on Tuesday.
