Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...29.9 inch high pressure over Ontario Province will
briefly build southeast across the lake today. Another 29.8 inch
surface low will deepen to 29.5 inches as it tracks from the Ohio
Valley to New England Sunday and Monday, then will strengthen
further while moving north across Quebec Tuesday. Another 29.2 inch
low will move north of the Great Lakes region Wednesday.

4 feet.
.SUNDAY...Northeast winds to 30 knots. Rain in the morning, then
rain and snow in the afternoon. Waves 5 to 8 feet. Waves
occasionally around 10 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...North winds 15 to 25 knots. Rain and snow in the
evening, then snow overnight. Waves 5 to 8 feet subsiding to 3 to
