For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.4 inch high will continue to build from
southwestern Quebec to New England tonight, before sliding off the
New England coast Sunday. Broad low pressure averaging 29.8 inches
will push across the Upper Great Lakes and into Quebec Monday and
Tuesday, while pushing a wavy cold frontal boundary across the lower
Great Lakes region. A 30.3 inch high will build across Ontario and
Quebec Tuesday night through Thursday, while a 29.9 inch low
develops across the lower Ohio Valley.
