Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 30.4 inch high will build from the upper Great Lakes today to New York State by Thursday. The high will then drift off the New England coastline Friday, where it will linger through Saturday. Another 30.4 inch high will then build across Quebec on Sunday...while a 29.4 inch low slowly drifts north offshore of the Carolinas.
