For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.4 inch high will build from the upper Great Lakes
today to New York State by Thursday. The high will then drift off
the New England coastline Friday, where it will linger through
Saturday. Another 30.4 inch high will then build across Quebec on
Sunday...while a 29.4 inch low slowly drifts north offshore of the
Carolinas.

.TONIGHT...North winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northeast. Waves
3 to 5 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots becoming east and
diminishing to less than 10 knots in the afternoon. Waves 2 to
4 feet subsiding to 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 knots or less becoming south.
Waves 1 foot or less.
.FRIDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest. Waves
1 foot or less.
.SATURDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots becoming east. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.SUNDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
