For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.9 inch low over central Pennsylvania will continue
to drift southeastward tonight, while Hurricane Erin curves
north/northeastward, with center of the storm remaining well off the
North Carolina coastline. A 30.1 inch high will then build across
the Great Lakes region Thursday through Friday night. A 29.5 inch
low will move near the western shore of James Bay Saturday, and
linger just to the east of James Bay Sunday while pushing a cold
front across the lake Sunday night. A secondary frontal boundary
will cross the lakes Monday.

7 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots becoming east 10 to
15 knots. Waves 3 to 6 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming northeast.
Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...Northeast winds 10 knots or less becoming east. Waves
1 foot or less.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 10 knots or less becoming south.
Waves 1 foot or less.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots. Showers likely with a
chance of thunderstorms Saturday night. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west. Showers
likely with a chance of thunderstorms during the day, then a
chance of showers Sunday night. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
.MONDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers. Waves
1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet.
