  Madison County in central Kentucky...

* Until 1000 PM EDT.

* At 931 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Richmond,
  moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Richmond, Harris Ferry, Berea, Caleast, Duluth, Peytontown,
  Bighill, Panola, Kingston, and Buggytown.

building.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
