...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN DUBOIS...NORTHERN
CRAWFORD...ORANGE AND SOUTHWESTERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES THROUGH 215 AM
EDT...

At 131 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles east of Washington
to 6 miles east of Shoals to 7 miles east of Paoli. Movement was
south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Jasper, Paoli, English, Orleans, French Lick, Stampers Creek,
Marengo, Milltown, Orangeville, and Campbellsburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
