...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL MONROE COUNTY THROUGH
1045 PM CDT...
At 1016 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles north of Tompkinsville, moving south at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Tompkinsville, Rockbridge, Sulphur Lick, Grandview, Persimmon, and
Forkton.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
