* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts briefly up to 55 mph.

* WHERE...All of southern Indiana and central Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EDT /midnight CDT/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
