mid-late morning. Mixing heights will quickly improve once clouds
clear out. By the afternoon, mixing heights will be near or above
3500ft. Transport will will be out of the northeast and veer to
the southeast by the afternoon. Minimum RH values in the afternoon
will range between 35-45% with better mixing allowing drier air to
mix down.
