.DISCUSSION...

Lingering clouds in the area are preventing RH values from decreasing
currently. As skies start to clear RH values will drop to 35-40 percent.
Breezy SW winds combined with mixing heights around 5000 ft this
afternoon, will contribute to excellent smoke dispersion during the
afternoon and early evening hours. Today will be warmer with high
temperatures in the upper 70s, and the warm up will continue into
tomorrow with highs expected in the low 80s. Dry conditions are
expected this afternoon and continuing through the day on Thursday;
the next chance for rain is on Friday.
